major aeas:
1- maintaining health,
2- prevention of illness and disease,
3- restoring or recovering from illness and injury.

Dhanda Yoga (Development of flexibility by using the staff)
Longi Yoga (Development of flexibility by using cloth or rope)
Letha Yoga (Improvement of circulation and stimulation of joint assisted by
